Pizza Grilled Cheese
Take two slices of bread butter one side of each (for grilling) on the non buttered side add 1 slice of mozzarella then add one table spoon of pizza sauce on top of the mozzarella (if it isn't on top it will cause the bread to get soggy). Then add any pizza topping you would like such as pepperoni, mushrooms, etc. after you add those put another slice of mozzarella on top then the other piece of bread with the butter top up. Fry it in a skillet until the cheese is melted or golden brown.
This is a SUPER easy recipe that makes great broths.
So depending if you are a vegetarian or not will depend on what type of broth you want to make.
This is what I do to prepare for making my broth. Each time I use a veggie the stuff I would normally put in the trash I put in a freezer bag so like the onion peels, carrot skins, broccoli bottoms etc.
For meat lovers any bones you would throw away (chicken bones, ham bones etc) you would put in a freezer bag and place it in the freezer.
When your veggie bag is full it is time to make your broth.
Take all the contents from your freezer bags and put it in the crock-pot. Then you fill the crock-pot with water so that it covers all the veggies/bones and turn the crock-pot on Low.
Let it simmer for 12-24 hours (the longer the better) then strain your broth and put it in the fridge. It should last about a week in the fridge if you put it in the freezer it could last a couple weeks.
