Pizza Grilled Cheese
Take two slices of bread butter one side of each (for grilling) on the non buttered side add 1 slice of mozzarella then add one table spoon of pizza sauce on top of the mozzarella (if it isn't on top it will cause the bread to get soggy). Then add any pizza topping you would like such as pepperoni, mushrooms, etc. after you add those put another slice of mozzarella on top then the other piece of bread with the butter top up. Fry it in a skillet until the cheese is melted or golden brown.
